“Disposition” means what the court decided for your criminal case. If you are applying for work permit authorization, its recommended you include your criminal disposition for every criminal case you have. Please keep in mind, anything you send to USCIS will remain on record! Thus, an official court documented confirming a criminal disposition is generally all that's needed.
